The complete Vestry Book is now on the web site.
We’ve had some fun hours deciphering the Vestry Book. The book was started in 1854 when handwriting varied between spidery and just about readable. Words have changed over time so, even with a magnifying glass, some words have tested us!
But we’ve managed to transcribe the whole book (ending in 1935) and now include the complete book in four sections for you to enjoy.
